i got DA II from steam ( with a pre order) and i dont seem to have Black Emporium even tough it says right on the steam page you get it. i tryed taliking to the ea tech support but i dont think it was a person ... or atleast one who could read and write well english. again i have the steam version
just as a side note i entered both all 3 of the codes it tells me in the cd key part of the steam window

You have to d/l and install it manually. Go to Profile > Your registered game content, and click 'More Info (PC)' for the black emporium. Same deal for Exiled Prince & Signature Edition rewards, if you have those.

Hmm... if you've done the 'Redeem Promo Code' on this site correctly with those codes from steam, and you're still not seeing it in your redeemed promotions, then EA support is probably the only thing that can help you now. Maybe try entering the codes again? Can't hurt. Are you logged into DA2 with the same account you entered the codes on?
