I give it a nine. I enjoyed it more than 90% of games I've played, despite the criticisms one could aim at it.
I have finished it three times. One with a rogue, two with fighters. I'm on my fourth journey with a mage, and I'm amazed how much I like playing a mage! Normally I hate playing mages (though they make nice supporting characters) because they often seem like panzies, and I hate playing panzies.

It would be a ten, but the reused dungeons and glitchy quests deny it so. Luckily, only one quest glitched. Still unacceptable as all hell, but it was a "side-quest" anyway, fortunately.

I thought this thread was dead and buried, was nice to see it revived and still going strong!
Due to the sheer number of voters its been tough to police a '1 vote per user' rule, so use the figures on OP as a general figure, not an exact fact.

Even despite the bugs and rushed third act, it's a definite 10. I enjoyed it even more than any other Bioware game to date.

With several hundred votes, votes at 7 or above (5 being 'average', id say 7 is when a score starts to get into the 'good game' range) seem to be a big majority! Very interesting!
Are the discontent more vocal? Maybe they focus more heavily on their dislikes when speaking, but when it comes to overall enjoyment they cant help but give it a 7+ for enjoyment? Or maybe they are just yet to vote!
