I decided to buy the Exiled Prince DLC a few days ago. I installed it, and in the game's "activated downloadable content" menu it shows the DLC. However, when I go to the Chantry, there is no cinematic. There are no quests on the chantry board and no evidence that he is even in the game. I activated the DLC about halfway through Act 1, but when I couldn't find him, I read that he was only in Act 2. Now I am about to finish with Act 2, but I still cannot find Sebastian! Am I missing something?

SLIGHT SPOILERS AHEAD
Looks like. He should first appear in front of the Chantry board in Act 1, right from the start of the game. His position is flagged in the map and an entry is made in your journal. A cut-scene plays when you approach him, and afterwards he can be found in the Chantry building. There should be another journal entry during Act 2 asking you to meet him in the Chantry. Don't know why you're not seeing him, unless you must have the DLC activated when you start a new game.

I am having a similar problem. both the exiled prince and the black emporium show up in my list of downloaded content when i start my game. I am in act 1, in the middle of "shepharding wolves". i just finished the unbidden rescue. i searched the chantry... no sebastion, no quests on the chantry board, no invitation to the black emporium in my special delivery chest. Any suggestions ?

i contacted tech support and all they did was repeat the instructions on the download pages. i have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times im disgusted. and i am almost finished the game by now. i told teck support about this, suggested they give me a refund and i havent heard from the since ! No more DLC for me, unless its free !
