I'm not sure if anything happens differently in the story but he forges it into Bianca and it gets 3 rune slots

Nothing. Bianca gets 3 more run slots and as far as I can tell nothing bad is mentioned in the Epilogue (since he is perfectly fine giving Cassandra his version of the story =X).

That sucks.
I told him not to use it.
I thought it would turn him crazy like his brother.
Oh well i still stand by my choice. I would have done same in real life i would not take risk of it.

Does the epilouge even do any thing i swear it does not really show any choices like da1 did. All it shows is who i sided with.JamesX wrote...

Verric tells the Epilogue (like as for Hawke, last I heard he is on the open seas together with something" etc. etc. ..... he didn't mention "Well I beem loving Bianca more and more and lately I thought she looks like a Edwina from Hang Man"

My epilogue said something like "we stayed with the Champion until circumstance forced us to leave his side, except Isabela" which I found odd since Isabela ran off in act 2 for me and never came back.

Actually, if you tell him not to use it you can talk to Sandal, and he'll turn it into a rune that increeaces attack speed.
