Can you ever get the weaponry you use in the prolouge?

Yes As you can the armor, but not till act 3, and im not sure, when exactly, Also you can get a few look alike staffs forsure

Dagger are modeled after daelish dagger, I found two-hand sword that look like one in prologue call Red Rose, and the staff is one that Anders wield when you first recruit him, and they all sucks btw

Finesse doesn't suck!

Finesse looks like the intro dagger, and has decent stats. It's gotten by completing the Murder of Crows quest in Act 3 a certain way.

But it's only one. Sadly.

Also, the intro armor's stats are lesser than that of the Champion Armor.
