I know everyones had similar issues, but it seems I am the only one not to get a resolution.

Im on PS3,
I have got about 30 User Entitlements showing on my user entitlements page, I click the 'More Info' link for the Staff of Parlanthan etc, it makes a popup, it says its been unlocked...

When I go in game, and check, its not there.

I've heard that there are bugs that prevent it from appearing if you are in your house when you do it.
Ive tried it outside and inside house.

Can a Bioware employee please have a look at 2 things

My User Entitlements page  = Proves I have the entitlement
My Character Unlocks page = Shows what has been unlocked in game.


You can clearly see something is wrong, because the entitlements are not showing on the unlocks page.
(only 2 unlocks are showing on my unlocks page, the ones from the dlc etc)

I've talked to Chris Priestly and Jeff <insert surname here>.
No one seems to be lifting a finger.

I have some of the promos unlocked in game so I know it's not a wrong email address but the Staff of Parthalan and the belt Hindsight won't unlock in game for me... Kinda frustrating

since i have played DA:O on xbox and DA 2 on PS3, the system doesn't alloy me to put my PSN ID

I've raised a ticket with EA,
If they dont resolve it, I will send Chris Priestly and his Co Workers PM's until they resolve it.

I have a similar problem with promo codes. In my case, the code for Amulet of Ashes are added to my registered game content for all EXCEPT for PS3. Strange, since I had to add it to my PS3 Signature Edition order in order to get it for free on Play.com

Anyone else with a similar problem who's got a solution?
