Leliana and Anders return no matter how dead they might be,

Has someone who killed Leliana had her re-appear in DA2 after importing that particular save?

She comes back.

As for the gone thing, I hope and think that it means that there will be a new protagonist.

Maybe something is pulling the string, most likely Flemeth, for these two great heroes to disappear. At a time when the world needed them they simply disappeared, maybe it was chance or destiny. Something must be keeping them from changing a course of history someone wants to make happen. Therefore making them a variable that is to dangerous to leave alone.

So many theories but those ending words made me really curious about Dragon Age III.

Flemeth isn't that powerful and all knowing, she didn't come back on her own, without the elf spell to bring her back she would still be dead.... I think Morrigan and the Wardens son will come into the third game, he is a living god so ten years might be enough for him to reach manhood if he is Valheru.

Flemeth is not powerful at all if you think about it shes likely just a really old mage i mean she was killed by the Warden and his Party sure she survived but it was due to magic she just knows magic more then anyone due to her age

I don't think Flemeth is all knowing and all powerful, she just knows more than most and uses it to her advantage

well first i think you need to lrn2read cause its cassandra (who the **** is consandra?)

second I still maintain that it would be awesome if they have you playing hawke again (which considering they spent all this time setting them up as a hero is pretty likely, makes no sense to do a rise to power story and then have the story end there) an have you hooking up with the hero of ferelden (if theyre not dead) as a companion. A) it would be awesome because you could see how your character acts based on the decisions you made, take a look at a character you made from the outside. and B) it would potentially mean you could romance youreself (lol just kidding... or am I?)

....the Warden is RELATED to Hawke...

So does this mean both wil show up and both have hold inside of them what they think is best and it may not be on the same page, leading to one large battle and one final battle for what each thinks is right?

Thats almost where I think this is going, you have the greatest heros, one sided with the mages. "The Warden". Hawke witht the Teplars, ****......this is going to end bad. This is just IMO, if they go this way or we will have TIM the new PC that heads them off.....lmao.

Thats it, we as the player will pick the side of either Hawke or the Warden to play and make the world in their image or free it as they think is best.

Hawke and Warden are Mages, Alister is trying to help Mages but the Chantry was in the way... now that its falling apart i don't see any reason why Ferelden should be in any danger because Alister is a great King and friend to Mages. Warden and Hawk + hero of the third game will put the world back together (third hero being the living god son of my Warden Mage who is a Valeru and will therefore age quickly untill he reaches his peak).

What makes you so sure both Hawke and the Warden are mages?  Is that considered canon or is that just what you think?

Doesn't matter, my characters want to rule the world but it keeps trying to fall apart so they need to put it back together.

That is most likely the poster's canon. --> If<-- BW is going to make anything canon(again, -> if), I think you have to look at how the Warden and Hawke are presented in their games marketing. Warden = Champion Warrior. Hawke = Blood Mage.

I think we are at a crossroads as far as DA3 goes...and yea I am not one that thinks they ever do anything the fans want, if that was the case DA2 would have been different and would have went over better and it didn't. You can make a story and characters but you can't control where they go in the fans mind and hearts and I know David is about the land he created and not about a central figure and I think someone where he said he is tired of that kind of story. I should have known this before I played DAO and got so use and loved The Warden. I should have known David would take the Warden out of the mix and put some other person in their stead. I will never understand that kind of storyline. Characters make the World around them, not the World making the characters around it. IMO..that is.

IMO mages are the next step in evolution, Hawke and the Warden are mages in my play throughs and they will use magic to live for as long as possible while destroying corruption in the world... it was mentioned a couple of times that the only reason the Qunari were pushed back is because of magic, without that everyone would be following the Qun... While the world burns Hawke and the Wardens healing and revival magic will save many lives while their powerful destruction magic will take many Qunari lives in DA 3 (DA3 hero will help using his own magic) .

Knuckle dragging Warriors or cutpurse Rogues aren't going to do a great deal against the Qunari war machine (maybe the PC warrior/rogue will be able to kill some due to balancing) while Mages will be bringing people back from the brink of death while throwing balls of fire and ice at the Qunari (not to mention force magic).

ps. what happened to Arcane warrior? stronger than a warrior while also being able to live for hundreds of years using the same magic as the Warden's Peak dlc mage.
