I didn't like her "Whatever Happened To Baby Jane" hairstyle, so I changed it to short, cropped and graying.
I feel she looks more like an icy military woman now.
(However there's also a version with her hood and crown available too)

she looks bad ass, matronly, ice cold, some lines on the face that show she knows what your thinking and does not care for it. she is summed up with the line.

Oh yeah, you're right. I felt the Grand Cleric needed different eyes. She looked too evil and poor thing was the only sane person in the whole game.

Thank you I think sadly there's two movies during the end of Act 3, where you will see them with their original appearances but that can't be helped. Though given I've only changed Elthina's eyes, it shouldn't be too obvious with her.

That's a really nice alternate to the default Meredith. I think I'll make this the first mod I install

Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/override
I suggest giving it its own folder aptly labelled so you know what mod it is, just in case.
