So i met him at the chantry and when it was available said the whole "sexy tortured look" thing. Then when I went back to talk to him and didn't agree I got rivalry points but didnt get all the flirt lines. Do you have to say every flirt line? or Does the flirting mainly count in Act 2? I havent done rivalry yet so a little confused on how to make the whole romance thing work with it.
