The Arishok is never hit by spells. Sometimes spells are hit by the Arishok.

The Arishok wasn't actually killed by Hawke. Because the Viscount's Keep was merely a setback.

The Arishok's relatives wrap his gifts in lead so he can't see what's in them.

The Arishok doesn't get wet. Water gets Arishok'd.

The Arishok isn't afraid of the dark, the dark is afraid of him.

The Arishok doesn't move, the world moves under his feet.

The Arishok isn't Qun, Qun is the Arishok

The whole Qunari retconned redeisgn was extremely stupid and asinine in the first place. There was no reason to do it other than to "demonize" the Qunari race and provide them with a more "intimidating" (lol) facade.

The Qunari look about 10,000 times better in this game than in the last.  Some call it retcon some call it graphical improvment.

Maybe they use the horns to hook themselves to special brackets in the ceiling, and gently swing themselves to sleep.

The Arishok never succumbs to sleep. Sleep succumbs to the Arishok.

And since we're on the topic, the Arishok has killed an infinite number of people... twice.

Mortals praise the Maker, but the Maker praises the Arishok.

When the Maker swears, he says "Arishok's breath!"

He sits in a nice comfy couch, place his face on his fist and closes his eyes.

The Arishok is so serious and high and mighty that he probably just sits cross legged with his head face down and he just sleeps like that.... or something O.o

Who says the qunari sleep?

They can go weeks without food or water. Maybe they don't need to sleep.

Meditate on the Qun for a spell and you shall be refreshed in body, mind and soul, so it is with the Arishok. When succumbing to sleep however my horned brethren lay on their stomachs, surely this is obvious to even the simplest bas.

The Arishok is no more equiped to tell you how he sleeps then you are to understand.

Edit: That's right, blothulfur, ruin everyone's fun by making sense.

Turns out the Qunari do not actually have horns, just really good hairspray. There, retcon avoided!

Jokes aside, someone mentioned they could sleep "doggy style". I could actually see this work. Just lie down on the chest, then cross your arms to provide support for your chin?

Special appliances on the other hand don't seem so likely to me - the horns are an evolutionary trait (I suppose) which they'd have had way before they could build things.

Kudos for the "Hello Merrill" post, btw.

How the Arishok sleeps?

I would guess that it's either on his side, or on his back(free support from horns = no pillow required), or he just sleeps sitting up and rests his head on his fist like a badass.

The Arishok doesn't submit to the Qun. The Qun submits to the Arishok.

Huh, I didn't think of that. If we assume that the horns are part of the head's bone structure, it wouldn't be painful at all - he just couldn't look straight up but only down his chest.

Which would even be useful for a warrior race. If you sleep with your feet towards the opening of your cave/tent/room, your eyes will always look into the only direction from where an attacker could close in on you. The second you win by instantly focusing on an intruder instead of looking around confused might save your life.

All the Qunari sleep on 45 degree slanted beds with special neck supports, because they completely stole the idea from the mimbari on Babylon 5.

Funny - the Minbari were the first thing, I had in mind, when I read this thread - especially the warrior cast
