 So I did all three of the quests where you destroy the ceiminals base. I wanted to kill soem more mobs for some extra Exp and money, but now I don't see any enemies at night. Do they dissapear after destroying the base? 

Maybe I should just eb happy Kirkwall's streets are safer...

Yes they disappear until the next act then there will be new gangs that you can terrorize.
