How many total points are needed to max out a friendship/rivalry guage?

This might have been asked but I can't seem to find the search and there are too many pages to do it manually.

DA:O had +100 to -100 for love/hate. Seems about right in DA2 for friend/rival. This is "confirmed" by the write-up on dragonage.wikia.com
