I'm currently into Act Two, and I can't find any of the gifts. I mean, I am going to the right places, but they are not there. Currently I have looked for Varric and Merrill's gifts (ring and statuette) at their respective vendors, but neither of them were there.

Is this some bug, or do I need to wait until I am further into the game? I have not gone on the Deep Roads Expedition yet and have just met Anders.
