game starts up fine and has up to date with no issues. was going to start second play threw when the game menu's themself no longer work. can start game all the way to where you can either resume your game or start a new one ect.... and not able to click any of the menu items. anyone else having this issue and figured out how to fix it?

win 7 64 bit home
GeForce GT 435M 1 gig ram. driver version 8.17.12.5903
6 gigs ddr3 ram
game version 1.01 with exiled prince and black imporium installed. Problem existed before installing the new patch.
As stated above game starts fine but none of the menus in the game work. This is happening after already beating the game once with no problems.
