DA2 is a good game, but not a great one. I wouldn't put int in my top 5 or 10 because right now it doesn't seem like the type of experience I will be talking about for years to come, and so many of the games listed above have been.

1) TES IV
2) ME 1
3) FFX
4) DA:O
5) Summoner (I loved that game )

That said I haven't played DA2 but I doubt it would break into the top 5. For comparison if I was forced to actually consider ME2 an actual rpg (I don't) it would probably be somewhere in the 12-15'ish range.

I fully expect everything to get bumped down a spot once Skyrim is released as it claims the top spot.

I could probably even swap DA:O with FO:3 for the #6 spot, but I left it in there.

I felt like an ass having left Ultima (really just 6-7.2) off my list.  I simply forgot.  
And I'm not disparaging the first five, I just never played them. 
I have a feeling that we may just be too old...  Perhaps most folks here were in diapers when they should have been rocking the world of Xeen.

hard to place it, I would say DA2 is around 25-30 for me, so many other RPG-s that are better than it in one or the other way(s) and it will probably drop in rank further once games like WItcher 2 and Deus Ex 3 come out
