I completed the game....

At the end, the seeker walks out and Lillianna says that both the Warden and the Champion are gone.

Does she mean Anders, or the Warden-Commander? 

I ask because I had killed Anders but he then managed to stay by my side after all my companions drifted away.  Anders was a Warden also, hence my confusion.  Is this a bug, or a tease for future expansions?
