Hawke's Mother, Sister and Brother look different

Was this part of the patch or a bug, because it looks awful, my sister looked completely normal at the start in the fake battle that Garric made up, but now... wtf is going on 0_o The mother I can handle, but the sister was awesome before, hoping this is a bug.

This actually happens no matter what. In Varric's telling of the story, Bethany has a much more, umm, bountiful look to her. Once you get to "what really happened" you see that she isn't quite as Varric first described
As for the family changing, it's intended and based off the skin color of your custom Hawke trying to simulate having your family of the same ethnicity as Hawke. That said it does not take age in to account - if you make an old man Hawke for instance you'll probably look older than 'Mother'
