In my first play through I RPed Hawke in a way where everyone became her friend accept for Merril. In the second act she didn't want nothing to do with me because I didn't give her the tool she need to fix the mirror. In the third act the mirror looked complete and she spoke to me as if all was forgoten. Beyond that she pretty much acted like we were still friends etc...

I can only assume Merril is glitched. But Im wonder how drastic a change should I expect with the my followers become friend or rival?
