 Found a slight bug in the Epilogue regarding Varric mentioning who the Champion ended up leaving with.

I romanced Isabela for a time and then switched to Merrill. I had reached the romance scene with both of them, Merrill moved in and I broke it off with Isabella in act 3.

However during the scene Varric talks about the group splitting up, the audio lines:

"Except for Merrill, of course."
and
"Except for Isabela, of course."

played simultaneously. I'm reasonably sure they're not supposed to play over top each other like that, so i felt reporting it would be a good idea.

I haven't tested it with any of the other romance options.

Same here. Did a playthrough with female hawke and romanced them both. In the end she kissed them both and assumed a relationship with both of them. In the end when I was at the end part that you are talking about both audio lines were played. In the subtitles though it said Isabela. But still. I was hoping he would say something along the lines of "Except for Merrill and Isabela, of course." But sadly he didn't which is kinda weird. Either its a bug or Bioware didn't include that type of line in the end. Which would show that they weren't completely finished with the game .

I had the same thing happen to me when I finished the game. Both lines were said at the same time, and the subtitles said Isabella, even though I romanced Merril

But I made sure to break it off with Isabela. She comes and talks to you about your realationship with Merrill in Act 3 I think.

Yeah I broke it off with Isabella too.
