Not sure there is all that much that can be done about it. Screen tearing is a software issue no? Just checking to see that I'm not the only one with this issue. And that my TV isn't like bugging out on me or something.
I mean I'm not even a huge videophile guy and I notice it pretty often. Most often in the close dialog scenes.
Anyone else having screen tearing issues?

How so? I've noticed a few blank patches in faces like under the lip of my character when he talks, some of the pixels will go black, or sometimes when changing elevations (going up or down stairs) there will be black lines through pillars. I've seen white pixellated spots in Hawke's ear too when he turns his head, but that's pretty much it.

Mostly in the cutscenes, pretty much ok otherwise. It happens when devs disable Vsync to keep the framerate up.

yes, also getting quite a bit of screen tearing here too, didn't happen all that much on my first playthrough but now on second playthrough and it's noticeably worse... don't have this with DA:O at all... also happens a lot with cutscenes and everything else seems to be okay...
hope they come up with a patch or something, cuz it kinda ruins the game with it being so bad in almost all of the cutscenes..
