What use is Senestra with her goons at the docks during act 2? In my first playthrough I never had any quests related to her and now in my second playthrough, I'd really like to know what activates a quest concerning her.

I'd guess so since no one gave me an answer. Even googling her offer's very few results. I've read in one message board that she's part of the Sketchy on the details quest and since that quest doesn't complete properly in the game, her part doesn't activate.

no if you basically remove kenan from templars in act 1 because he was captured by bloodmages, i think senestra is hired by his sister for revenge in act 2. thats what i got from the guide anyways

I wonder then why she would stand there at the dogs, when it turned out well for Keran? I was always nice to him. On my second playthrough I'm going to be a jackass. Then I'll see if Senestra really is a hireling.

She's probably bugged playing the "nice" part. Never played the jackass route myself but that's my guess on it.

She's a love-interest of Hawke. You never romanced her after two playthroughs??

She must be the remnants of a cut quest. Unless she shows up in Act 3, but I haven't notice that either.

If you tell cullen that you suspect Keran to be possessed he gets kicked out of the order, later in act two in the gallows, you meet a female templar and she tells you that keran's family has fallen on bad times since he got kicked out, and that they borrowed money from senestra, so you have to go to the docks and kill her, so she can leave keran's family alone.

From the first playthrough on I've always either had Merrill or Anders with me and both of them confirm that he's not corrupted (in their own ways). So I never turned the guy in since he's innocent.
