So can someone help? I'd like an attribute point guide, and prefered specialization, please

It sounds to me like you want a rogue. I will mention that very few builds are "just" DPS though. Most have some CC/support/survival/utility skills that you'll really want to use.

That kinda depends if you're talking single-target DPS or AoE. Rogues are best for single-target DPS by far. Two-handed warriors are great for burst AoE and can tank. Mages are good for AoE/support and some burst with cross-class combos.

This. I agree it sounds like a DW Rogue is the way to go. You might be single target focused but your regular attacks will be chewing through enemies so quick you might as well be an AoE activated blending machine. You might want to turn off the 'blood effect" in conversations though since you'll look like Carrie fresh from her prom more often than not.

Okay! I tried rogue, both DW and Arch, honestly I found both kind of agonizing, and horrible, I guess I don't know how to turn the guard woman into a tank. But! I do think I like being a warrior... Difference? I don't see much other then AOE and with my tanks horrid aggro, more survivability. Plus I like big weapons, they make me happy after all! So, any specializations? (Reaver? Berserker? Doubt templar, they seem more tankish)
Having companions tank in DA2 is harder than in DA:O, I'll agree. It's also kinda hard early on before you get a good number of abilities.
As for suggestions on how to build a two-handed warrior, check this guide: http://social.biowar...5/index/6396096
I've tried it out on my warrior (up to level 13) and it's a lot of fun to play.

I was also looking for tips on how to build my rogue, what specialisations would you suggest for a DW rogue?
Assassin is pretty much your default choice. If you want to be a little tanky and have a nifty teleport/damage ability on Normal (maybe Hard), I've heard Duelist is fun, but I haven't tried it. On Nightmare, I'd recommend Shadow for the threat managing abilities, and 100% crits on flanking (at least until late game, when I had 108% base crit rate).
The build I'm currently using on my rogue (abilites NOT chosen in any particular order): http://biowarefans.c...fQPtelBFsHDE0OK

Im hitting for about ~700 per autohit,
my highest crit so far was 44700 with my Rogue.
Im hitting for about 2K in a small area of effect and for about 20k when people stand in a row.
Im pretty amused about my walkthrough so far.
Assasination is a MUST for every decent DPS rogue in my opinion, as well as the shadow spezialisation due to its 25% threat reduction.
Ill soon edit a gameplay video where im exactly describing how i skilled and why. ... etc ( im lvl 20 ) right now.
