I was told that the two of them can be romanced at the same time; if this is true, how do I do it and what are the repercussions?

p.s. is the romance with Fenris worth it at all?

Technically you can't. You can sleep with Isabela and than romance Merrill, but the romance with Isabela won't go anywhere. And yes, Fenris is worth it.

Care though, the ending is bugged to say who ever you slept with first if your romance partner.

hmm this complicates things. How much better is Fenris than those two? If I had known he was a good LI then I wouldn't have wasted my time with the husk of his former self that is Anders...
