 So i'm just wondering, since I love new look Isabela gets, can I have her romance bed scene, but still pursue a romance with someone else?

There's no negative for having a fling with Isa, and romancing someone else. Hell there's a three way banter between Merrill, Anders, and her where it's mentioned having sex with her is like a side dish.

I believe Isabela's sex scene might be persistent, though. As in, even if you romance someone else, the epilogue will think Isabela is the one who stayed at your side.

I had this happen to me, but I didn't have issues with it because my Hawke's romance with Anders fell apart at the end. I've heard other people who had an active romance with someone else but still got Isabela in the epilogue though.
