I remember only champion armor, of course thre's more loot, but nothing special. Oh, you get also a dragon gland or fire gland or somethin like that, can't remeber the name, but it's one of the ingredients that you use for grafting. And if you give it to the herbalist in the gallows, he makes something for you of it. Sorry, my memory sucks

A unique mace and bow as well as a piece of armor that apparently belonged to Leliana as it is called Ser Knightingale's chest piece or something like that. (correct spelling?)

I got the gloves or the boots of the Champion's armor (don't recall which one) and a weapon of unimpressive stats.

Almost. That gland comes from the Mature Dragon in the Bone Pit. The High Dragon gives you Dragon's Blood for rune crafting, and of course the Champion set piece.

Yeah, just playing my third playtrough and killed the mature dragon and when I got the gland I was like "ok, my memory really sucks"

Also, you get one of Fenris's armor upgrades.

After I beat the dragon it was gone - no loot
Guess I'll have to do it all over again. Bug?

I also got nothing from the high dragon. He was just gone. Which sucks pretty bad considering he gives pretty important loot.
I had done it on hard already so I just reloaded the auto save it made before the fight and did on casual. Got my loot.

For some reason the high dragon has a tendency to die and be a corpse NOT where you felled her. So she ends up way across the map. Might be worth running around the area to see if you can find her corpse.

Yeah...when I got loot her body was at the far end of the area from where you come in. But when I clicked to loot my character ran to the middle area where I had killed her and looted empty space. I wonder if she was there last time and I just didn't see her.

I had exactly the same problem, but found a fix on the gamespot forum that works.
If you save your game whilst standing over the dragon's corpse, then reload that save-game, the dragon becomes lootable again.
Worked for me, hope it works for you

The bow is actually pretty groovy, I went there straight at the begining of chapter 3 and it was definatly an upgrade for my archer.
Straight after that run the templars mage hunting quest and the follow up and you have full champion armour.
