Absolutely. And the couple of times the fact it's a s/s relationship are mentioned, it's done really well imo (the 'does it bother you it was with another man' line to Fen; the 'I believe you fall in love with a whole person' line from Anders, for example).

Now they just have to work on reminding the player you're in a freaking relationship over the course of 10 years (love the more integrated LI cutscenes and dialogues, but seriously, TEN YEARS and 3 vaguely romantic conversations?).
