I have sunddenly lost the sound to my weapon slicing, special attacks still have sound but not the auto slicing sound - which is really annoying seen as i'm a rogue and the sounds add to the impact.

If i start a new character the sound is fine, if i switch to any other party memebr, the sound is fine. If i load a previously saved game (many saves back) the sound is fine.

I noticed it after i completed a quest, moved on to a new area started fighting and thats when i first noticed it.

I only have 3 saves, 1 auto 2 manual, the auto one is in the same as one of my manual saves and the other maunal is a further 40 saves behind my current one and quite a while back in my current game progression.

Anyone else experiencing this? I checked files with steam, restarted computer, switched from force stereo for headphones to normal. tries everything and the weapon sound won't come back. Must be a corrupt file or something.

What weapons are you using?

Try different ones and see if you still cant hear combat sounds.

We've identified this as an issue with the Arm of Adruil and are looking in to it.
