I can't start the Birthright quest because carver doesn't show up at Gamlen's home.

It's my 8-th playthrough and this has never happened before with bethany/carver. 

Does anyone know the console command to spawn Carver at Gamlen's Home ? >.< It'd really suck to have to redo the intro again...
