No, all the networks (PSN, XBL and bioware store) are updated globally.

I don't know about PSN, or the bioware store, but XBL begins updating around 2pm Pacific Daylight Time. That's 8pm sydney/melbourne/hobart time. Usually it will appear within an hour or two of that.

edit: that said, this was how it worked before releases were happening on the PSN. If Bioware has asked Microsoft and Sony to synch their releases it may be different this time.

I just watched Jess's Arrival DLC preview on video. it was very little part of the first DLC (intro). it looks like Batarian's prison ship. I don't like batarians, but I also recognize that the batarian fleet could be used to fight the Reapers. In particular, if the Reapers manage to take out the Citadel forces, the Terminus Systems will be our redoubt.

I hope ‘Arrival’ will involve Kaidan/Ashley. Also involve choosing loyalty between Alliance/Cerberus. That would be awesome. (Btw, how the FACK were Kaidan/Ashley able to not be abducted on Horizon? Some think they are brainwashed to help the Reapers? The whole reason the Collectors came to Horizon was to abduct Kaidan, provoking Commander (INSERT NAME) Shepard to fall into a trap or whatever.)

The Collectors only took, what, 25% of the entire colony? (may need to verify thar statistic)

Needless to say, Kaidan/Ashley were among those who were not abducted.

Hahahaha. I've had my phone run over before by a car when it dropped out of my gym bag on a road. That was a huge bummer. Losing my laptop though would be unthinkable.
