My profile isn't syncing to the website like it did with DAO. I've already activated and registered my game but it didn't do anything.

Assuming when you said Activate you mean you clicked the "Activate my Profile" button

You have to log in to EA account while in game to sync
It only syncs on a Actual Save and no a Quick Save

Aside from that, if it is not working then you hit a technical issue.

Go Here: social.bioware.com/36624/#bw_games

Then under Dragon Age II there is a "Activate My Online Profile" Link.  Click on it, wait for it to finish and it should activate your online profile.

It should add your DA2 Profile Link under DA2 after that
