I am so disappointed in this topic and the people disappointed in the price. Remember, Dragon Age and Mass Effect are developed by two different teams.
I think everyone knows that Dragon Age and Mass Effect are developed by two different teams, thanks for stating the obvious though.
Also I only referenced Dragon Age because they seem to be taking a simlar route as ME2

We are talking about Bioware, and how they released dlc in the past for ME2. Not Call of Duty map packs, which are a overpriced waste of time.

Nah, no ones attacking the OP...it's more an evolved discussion that has strayed from the OP Post....Op shouldn't take it as if he is being attacked. It just happens in forums where an evolved discussion takes place and people blindly reference their point back to the OP. But anyways, just because other people are doing something doesn't mean we all should too.

Don't get me wrong i love Mass Effect and all things related. But, this DLC i thought it would be huge grand and epic. Now i just feel like it is going to be not as small and not so epic as it could be; I mean we have waited 5 months. I'm not complaining, I am going to buy it i just feel a little disappointed that my last ME 2 DLC could be so tiny... Anyone else with me on this?
that's funnty what you said. you don't even play it yet. you have no idea how story will go. now you are already disappoint because of the price? unbelievable. price is not always eqaul to quality. you already complain as your main title even though you don't mean it. get a life. it's not depends on you. it's Bioware. they know the best.
What a intelligent and well thought out response (sarcasm)
So what your saying is lets blindly give away money because bioware's name is on it, i dont know about you, but I research my purchases than buy it.
However, based on past experience with ME2 DLC its probaly a short side mission, defianltly not a expansion for that price
then previous DLC like overlord, or kasumi... they shouldn't 560 bioware point neither. can you argue with them? I don't think so. I have every piece of DLC for ME 2. I don't regret. I am glad to have all. if you complain like baby, go to mom to tell her I am teasing you. I guess you don't even work. honestly, $7 $10 even $15 are nothing. I spent more than $10 one of meal everyday. I am hard working man. sometimes work around the clock which depends on project. when you get real job, then talk. is it really over price?
I am a college student with a part time job, so yeah i know how money works.

There are two dev made adventures for TW1, about 1-2 hrs a piece. They were free, to all customers. Bioware would never do something like this, not with story content. Even LOTSB was over priced and felt a bit stunted, as good as it was.
I wish they would look to devs like Larian, Ego-soft, and Cd red when it comes to releasing additional content.

I'm disappointed we never got an expansion.
We've got plenty of DLC to make up for it, and the Awakening expansion definitely wasn't that much to brag about.

Sorry, but it seems everyone is afraid of a rush job and that is will be short, etc. The only indicators are price, which is not a good scale, and Dragon Age II (EA pushed that team hard, but will they with ME3?). So, sorry if I had to state the obvious, but it seems people are worrying without information, except information that is irrelevant.
And I wasn't responding to your comment specifically, otherwise I would have quoted it. I was responding to the general feeling of suspicion in this thread; hence why I said "people" disappointed in the price and the "topic" itself, the general atmosphere and worries.

Er... anyways. Overlord and LotSB seemed to be both the same length, yet one just offered more goodies when one did not. Way I see it, this will not only be sorta like Overlord, but will also bridge 2 to 3 like BioWare said. Only seven dollars? We are getting a good deal, IMO when BioWare could have charged us for anything they wanted.

Totally agree. I think BioWare was listening when people complained LOTSB was awesome but still overpriced.
Also, its been months since LOTSB, so I am guessing the DLC will be at least be a couple hours (maybe 3 or 4). If it takes them more than 5 months to make an 1 and a half hour DLC, we probably got bigger problems.

That being said, I will still buy it because I know it is going to be a great experience, but I am not AS pumped for it as I would be for ME3.

Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's a 30-60 minute DLC. You should be happy you'll get it for 560 MS.
Plus, from my point of view, even if it were a 3 hour long DLC, it would still be to short
You sir, just made an excellent point

Also, it's THE bridge between 2 and 3... and it's only 560 points.
Remember: Kasumi was only 560 (I think) ... and she had 1 mission and 1 achievement. This DLC has 3 achievements. I'm not sure if that's an indicator of length, but nevertheless I have faith that this will be EPIC. That Mass Relay fightscene looks tighttt.

Actually, it's not THE bridge between ME2 and 3, since LotSB was the first DLC with this role(LotSB was the first ME-related DLC to be considered canon as well). This is the second, and most likely the last.
