So, I've just played through DA2. It's a pretty awesome game, but I have some slight to major problems with the presentation.
During some of the cutscenes (Example, the first where Varric gets dragged into custody) the characters tend to go batsh*t crazy and jitter like madmen, in that they shrink and grow with a very rapid pace.
This tends to happen in cutscenes that used very scripted animation. (Like moving in a way that probably required some hardcore programming, I'unno)

The other thing that bothers me is that sometimes lightsources(Justice's eyes, braziers and... a certain boss that I won't spoil) seems very out of place. It's hard to take Justice seriously when his eyes are glowing... On his cheeks  Again, this is only during cutscenes.

I'm playing Sig edition, with all the DLC (Black Emporium, Exiled Prince etc.) on the slim model.

My question is; has this happened to you guys, or am I just a part of a very small and unlucky minority?
Thanks, Less than 3

That's all happened with me too (and I agree, very difficult to take Anders and unspoiled boss seriously when the glowing eyes are not where they should be). Is there another thread with this issue on it? We can't be the only ones, heh.

What resolution are you playing on?

Normal, PAL-60 - to match my distinctly average TV.

(potentially daft question that highlights my general technology ignorance - didn't think you could alter xbox resolutions that much?)

Aye, PAL 60...
EDIT: HEWLY SHEET! Changed my Pal to 50 and set my screen to Wide, and PRESTO! No moar Jitter jitter... Now to find a scene where Justice is in.

The exact 2 things happened to me.

Is it the PAL settings? If so, how do I change them? (I would look, but I don't have my Xbox with me right now.)

OK I've found out how the issue can be solved;
You need to put the Xbox on widescreen, even though it's a standard 4:3 tv. The Pal setting isn't all that important.
And yes, it will solve both the jittering, aswell as the eyes problem :D

For UK Xbox's you have 8 different settings between HD and SD.

There is currently an issue with 4:3 (normal) resolutions which are causing the issues you are experiencing

Late reply, but I've not had the opportunity to test this out til this weekend :)

Widescreen adjustment fixes the issue - thanks for your help! :D

unfortunately, i just tried this and the widescreen made everything look tiny :(
i think i'll stick with the glowing cheeks.
