Given the price, I expect Arrival to be comparable in length to Overlord or Kasumi: Stolen Memories (they're 560BW points as well). Unlike those installments, however, this is story DLC and that could make for a more fleshed out experience. I am unsure. Either way, it's reasonable to assume that it will just as long as the other 560s, but not quite as dense as Shadow Broker.

We'll find out in eleven days!

Overlord took me about the same amount of time to complete as LotSB. I'm assuming it will just be the mission without any extra goodies like the Shadow Broker's HQ, hence the lower price.

Agreed. I cannot remember how long it took me to complete Overlord, but I think it was about the same as LotSB. I also agree that it's highly unlikely that there will be a lot of filler material this time around. It's unneeded. Good points.
