Will the Scanning The Keepers quest have a large impact? The Reapers learning of the tech and using it to reset the Keepers to open the Citadel. If you didnt do it , did Chorban managed to do it anyway?

The Batarian Balak, do we get to meet up with him again if we decided to save the hostages, likely a side quest since it was DLC and you could choose to kill him.

Despite being dead for two years, will the Consort honour the original appointment?

True. But remember what Balak said, if you choose to kill him, there is a lot more Batarians just like him, who has the same thoughts and ideals as himself. If people chose to kill Balak in Bring Down the Sky, then he'll simply be replaced by another Batarian.

I think Sparroww was referring to "Zulu_DFA" who often believes among many other things, that you should give Cerberus more far more credit by just pulse-radiating the collector base instead of destroying it.  This is of course, just to put it mildly as the idea behind many Cerberus apologists is that paragons and their choices are nothing but an exercise in absolute idiocy.

Whatever, I guess its all fun and games.
