I hope Arrival will somehow be playable from a default ending for those people who didn't finish ME2 and not be shoehorned into the ME2 story like LotSB was.

I was kinda hoping BioWare would bring the achievement total up to the 1750 limit.
I don't think so. For some reason, BioWare is stingy with the achievements/trophies. Take LOTSB, 5 achievements but only 3 trohpies. I wish a dev would shed some light into inter-company politics in this matter.

DA:O got the 1750 limit so I assumed the same was gonna happen with Mass 2.

I hope it was true that only Shadow Broker will not be translated.
After the problems with Shadow Broker as told to Polish players with an isolated dlc untranslated.
I hope it was not a lie

RE whether this will be playable pre-Suicide Mission - I think it would just be bad business sense for Bioware to publish DLC that you can only play if you have a completed ME2 save. There are people who never finished the game, and they would be locked out as potential buyers. Not that I think it's a good thing that games have to be constructed around those customers who never finish their stuff and/or hoard DLC without playing it properly, but you'd be pretty stupid not to take their money.

lol, what? i agree with your last statement, but this dlc is the last me2 dlc before the launch of mass effect 3 and its purpose is to explain what happens between the end of mass effect 2 and the begining of mass effect 3.
A dlc set before the suicide mission doesn't make much sense...

Well if someone in central europe is getting it translated, it would be Poland. But I really doubt that....
Poland won't have Arrival DLC translated and avaiable for Polish game versions. The only solution to play such dlc is to download ithe game via Download Manager after registering cd-key at ea store or download game from different source. This is a joke not only for Poland but for every Country with that DLC. LoTSB was supposed to be the only DLC with "technical problems", well look's like it's not.

Plus, if I read it all at once I will go mad from lack of info before Arrival is released.

Anyone who hasn't completed a 20 hour game in more than a year probably isn't too bothered about ME, thus, not bothered about the DLC...think about it.

Another Zulu?
Technically, the other is the "another".
For loose ends and such, I was meaning;
Will the Scanning The Keepers quest have a large impact? The Reapers learning of the tech and using it to reset the Keepers to open the Citadel. If you didnt do it , did Chorban managed to do it anyway?
The Batarian Balak, do we get to meet up with him again if we decided to save the hostages, likely a side quest since it was DLC and you could choose to kill him.
Despite being dead for two years, will the Consort honour the original appointment?
I think Sparroww was referring to "Zulu_DFA" who often believes among many other things, that you should give Cerberus more far more credit by just pulse-radiating the collector base instead of destroying it. This is of course, just to put it mildly as the idea behind many Cerberus apologists is that paragons and their choices are nothing but an exercise in absolute idiocy.
Whatever, I guess its all fun and games.
Cheers;
Hey, if it was Hackett or Anderson that asked me to save that base I would have in a heartbeat.
But it was TIM who wanted it, and he can push off. Even if Cerberus is still a part of the Alliance, I trust Hackett/Anderson more.
I mean honestly, any human being who doesn't trust Lance Hendrikson's voice is...well, not human

Hackett is voiced by Lance Henriksen, that alone makes him awesomeLogosDiablo wrote...
What's up with all the Hackett love? I had no problem with him, but he was just quest giver that NEVER did anything other than "oh by the way, here's a quest." There was no development, no interaction. Nothing.
Like I said, I've got no problem with him, but I don't understand where this adoration comes from.
