Hopefully. No guarantees I think.

If not today, then some time between now and next week.

My guess is the day after tomorrow. Tuesdays and Thursdays always seems to be the hot spot.

Would be a bit redundant releasing a trailer the same time as the DLC is released.

But that makes no sense, right?
Who on earth launches the trailer on the release?

When was LotSB's trailer? I remember it being released a short time before it landed.

I won't overreact, but its hard to understand the reasons behind not releasing the trailer a few days before the DLC is available.

Well it will make the wait a bit more difficult, but lets see the bright side....less spoilers = good thing. Right?

However I'm looking forward to the Chat with Mac Walters :)

I love how people who don't know
how to do my job tell me how to do my job. A trailer IS meant to get you
ready to do something. It is to get you ready to buy the product.
Whether it comes out today or next week, it accomplishes the same thing.

An
advance trailer for everyone posting in this thread is not needed. You
all know about Arrival and, as long as you believe it has value and fun
for your dollar, you will likely buy it. And to play Devil's Advocate a
moment, if you don't like what you see in the trailer or don't see the
fun/value, giving it to you today or next week makes no difference.

A
trailer released on the day it is available showing how cool it is
saying "now available" will drive people who do not frequent these
forums or the Mass Effect website to buy it immediately (yes, because it
is cool and an excellent DLC that we feel peopel will want to play).

People
here are upset because you think someone promised you a trailer today
(which we never did) or because you have to wait 7 days. I get that
waiting sucks, but thats the way it is. I get you are disappointed, but
some of the blame goes to all of you who got your hopes up.

That
said, we do have some cool stuff coming between now and next Tuesday,
like the live chat we're going to have with Mac Walters talking about
Arrival, comic books, other cool Mass Effect discussion. Details of the
chat to be sent out soon.

Stay Tuned. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/smile.png[/smilie]

Well at this point I think peoples' expectations for this trailer just went from High to "This trailer better cure a disease"

IIRC, the trailer was released the Thursday or Friday before the game released.  It was announced over a month before it came out, however.

I wanted a trailer to be even more excited! But I do know Arrival will be worth every penny and more!

It's cheaper than Shadow Broker, does that mean it's shorter too?

Right seeing as the trailer comes out on launch day I am not going to bother watching it. I am just gonna play the DLC, the trailer will probubly have tons of spoilers anyway and I will probubly enjoy it more by not watching it. I want my last Mass Effect 2 mission to be full of suprises! Who is with me!!!

I'm guessing it just won't make far reaching changes like LotSB. Overlord was the same price, and it's longer in terms of actual mission time.

i wonder for the no trailer is because it shows way to much that may play a part in the final chapter
