sorry VS?
VS = Virmire Survivor (ie the one you decided to NOT atomize in Mass Effect 1).

Ultimate Sacrifice = Conrad Vernor saves the day.
Tell me that wouldn't be awesome
was he the fan in the first one?
That was him. And the guy in Eternity on Illium if you finished his side quest in the ME1

Have you activated your online profiles?kylecouch wrote...
Off Topic question tho...how are you people getting your DA2 character portraits for your avatar? Whenever I go check the section where I change my picture the DA2 section is never there.
At first, I had problems activating my DA2 profiles. Whenever I clicked the "Activate Online Profiles", nothing happened but a few days later it worked. Then once my DA2 profiles were activated, it took a while for my character images to appear on the profile photos. That's all I can offer you from my experience with it.
On Topic: I only want the Arrival DLC to be good, whether it includes the VS or not. Out of my six playthroughs, only one involves Kaidan as the LI so...it isn't going to make a huge difference to me. I can wait to see the return of the VS in ME3. However, I see the other side and I understand why many people are disappointed with the role (lack thereof) that Ash/Kaidan have in ME2.
When I heard a "deep cover agent is missing...", I thought it would be a good way to involve the VS especially since Alliance Admiral Hackett is involvement. However, from what I've read, it sounds like this is a personal request from Admiral Hackett, not an Alliance mission. So right now, I don't think the VS will be in the DLC...which might be a good thing because the attention needs to be on the Reapers, not Ash/Kaidan. Also, if the VS isn't involved in the Arrival DLC, I would assume that he/she will have a large role in ME3 to "make up" their lost time in ME2 and ME2's DLCs.

. Leliana's is the only one that seems to make any sense...ignoreing the fact that some people kill her yet shes still alive
.
.
Hence why she will now forever be known to me as Leliana Verner. It was a cheap cop-out on BWs behalf IMO

In Mass Effect: Arrival, Commander Shepard is sent to the edge of the galaxy to rescue an undercover operative who may have evidence of an imminent Reaper invasion that has been looming since the very beginning of the series. Returning and playing a prominent role in Mass Effect: Arrival is fan favorite Admiral Hackett, who is voiced by legendary science-fiction actor Lance Henriksen (Alien, Terminator).
Ths final Mass Effect 2 DLC will arrive March 29 for Xbox 360, PC and PS3. The PDLC pack will be available for 560 MS Points on Xbox 360, $6.99 on PlayStation Network and also available for PC for 560 BioWare Points.
Check out the new screenshots and get ready, Arrival is coming
Will you have finally fixed the Biowarre store by then so that I can finally purchase points with an EU-based debit card/Paypal?

I just noticed something.....Why does Admiral Hackett look like Zaeed? lmao
...Is this the first time you've looked at the screens for Arrival - the resemblance was obvious for me, they've taken an established character as the base for a "new" one and just re-skinned the old to save creating a new face model for Hackett.
Quite lazy IMO Bioware, it's a shame that Arrival is apparently a solo set of missions for Shepard with no squad as seeing Hackett in the same room as Zaeed would have been entertaining to say the least.

I had seen most of those screens just not the one with Hackett. But yea, I agree with most of your point. I, however, am totally stoked about a solo mission. I've been wanting a real solo mission ever since ME2s launch.

lol Im shocked at how many ppl dont know what VS means.
I have played the game and been fairly regular on these boards for quite some time yet until a couple of days ago I'd never even seen "VS" referred to.
So I'm not shocked. Too many PFA's these days anyway...

Lazy? It's not out of the norm for Mass Effect. There's a lot of copypasta & tweaking going on.GuitarShredUK wrote...

is there somthing special about Verner that makes "Leliana Verner" understandable? maybe I'm missing the obvious....happens sometimes lol. I think Hackett does the Zaeed look better then Zaeed himself! He looks eighty times more bad ass then Zaeed IMO....thats it...I just called it..."The Zaeed Look" - the look of utter badassery upon a characters face.
The Verner comment is in reference to Conrad Verner and how no matter how you treat him in ME1, in ME2 he always acts as though you took the Renegade option. The relation is that no matter if you killed Leliana in Origins, she's still alive in DA2. So for me, she'll forever be Leliana Verner.
