9am PST = 4pm GMT. I think it's safe to say those of us in/near Europe will get it today.

It does sound dodgy, but not unusual or for that matter totally out of line. I also adjust the game settings through coalesced.ini for best performance. However I would recommend that you wait with installing the dlc before you have it activated and tied to your account, just to prevent conflicts.

Arrival is seen on the DLC page but when you click PC the next page does not show it - only appearance packages, Overlord, Shadow Broker etc. Probably a time-zone thing. I live in Turkey - 7 hours ahead of Toronto, 9 hours ahead of Edmonton. Guess I'll wait a few more hours.

DLCs usually land on the XBL website at around 10am in the UK.
Been babysitiing at my sister's since Thursday, kids are at school so in theory should be good to play. She's due back today so hoping she doesn't get home before lunch-time - she hates me playing during the day when I'm here.

You know it is silly that Europe and other eastern countries must suffer because of the North America... They mostly have premiers before europe so why we can't have faster DLCs ;p

According to Chris Priestly, yes. http://social.biowar...x/6817155&lf=8.

However, this is only a release time for the PC . BioWare cannot control when Xbox LIVE and the PSN decide to post it on their marketplace. He does mention that they requested that they release it at noon as well so that it can synch up with their own time.
