Nah, just search through ME2's Top downloaded

I'm in Pennsylvania and I found it. If you look through the A-Z list under the Extras for Mass Effect 2, you'll see it titled "Mass Effect 2: Arrival." It'll fall under the M's and not the A's in that sublist.

I'm in Virginia, and I found it just by looking through all of ME2's downloadable content.

My Instructions for it:
1. Go to the Mass Effect 2 Addon Page
2. Look in the A-Z folder
3. Go to Mass Effect 2 'Arrival'

Thats how I found it. Good luck.
