UK Method, for me:
1. Game Marketplace (XBL, not Xbox.com)
2. Addons & Extras
3. Addons
4. Top Downloaded
5. Keep going to ALL
6. Titles A - Z
7. Go from the bottom up. From Z - M (Quicker)
8. Find Mass Effect 2: Arrival
9. Download and Enjoy

It's there!!! Found it in 'Top Rated' at the bottom.

When you have '33' downloadable items rather then '32' in there, you know it's awaiting you.

Go to marketplace then Addons and Extraz ---> A-Z ---> find mass effect ---> scroll through the extras and you should find it there.

Yeah I took a day off especially for this to have multiple playthroughs. It's annoying. At least it's noon here so the day is not over yet.

Can't say I'm surprised that PC players have to wait. For one reason or another we always seem to get the raw end of the deal no matter what the game or who the publisher.
