We PC players have to wait because it doesn't go up until BioWare get into their offices around 9am and click the toggle that says 'DLC available now'

The reason it goes live on xbox before is because where that happens in the xbox hq is in a different time zone.

It's no biggie, but yeah, annoying. Particularly if you're trying to avoid spoilers and all of a sudden X number of threads start up with titles like "ZOMG (insert character) DIES!"

thats why i always stay out of the main forums during releases. i'm only periodically checking this one thread to see if the PC dlc is up yet.

That would be obvious...but that leaves about 5 hours from 9pm to kill...without forums...that leaves Facebook..which is just as bad...

I might have to read..or something..

Regardless. I bought ME2 on Xbox as well..so I might go and check it out there first anyway! Woo for multiplatform living!

Yeah. Pretty much.  However I couldn't resist Arrival, and read the spoilers about 30 pages back. So in this case. All is well.

Downloading in the UK, download times seem to have slowed, must be the heavy traffic. At 65% after half an hour, was downloading at ~1-2 MB/Sec initially.

Just bought my Bioware points, lol. Hope to be able to play this sometime this evening as I'm back at work tomorrow and not get another broken download for PC like the Shadow Broker pack. >_>

Nope, it's actually because they're vacuum cleaning the server rooms right now, and they needed the plug.

Downloaded! Now I have to re-install the game, re-download all the other DLCs, finish the game with my current character and THEN play the Arrival.
Or I am going to cheat and use one of my other Shepards ... decisions.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. Just posting from my laptop at university... so far it's about to hit midday (12:00) in London and I bought some extra BioWare points... alas... I cannot wait for this DLC on PC. I gotta admit, MS is really fast on their service, you can't deny that.

Oh, bio screwed up pretty hard with that one, the file they uploaded was a dummy and consisted nothing but a bunch of zeros.

Effin' LOL!  If we ring the offices we may be able to get the cleaner to answer and walk them through how to do it..and maybe steal some information about ME3 while they're there...
