Can confirm in the UK for XBOX users its not available via the ingame Extras or Downloadable Content options but it IS avaialble if you go to Game Marketplace > Add-Ons for your games.

Yeah verry dark and intence. The Combat was taken up a notch, and Shepard gives the impression that pressure is getting to him....verry little humour....but then again it was a serious mission.....The ending makes me worried.
