Erm no it isn't, I live in England and it is 16:39 and the DLC is due for release at 7:00 which is 21 min from now.

Jeez, look Chris Priestly someone that actually WORKS at Bioware stated about 23 minutes ago that the DLC would be available for purchase in 30 minutes which would make it 5:00pm in England.Manosillabik wrote...
You're not taking the time change account. GMT doesn't do "daylight savings." Right now, BST (British Summer Time) is one hour ahead of GMT.
