If you "pre-loaded" it on PC, you're going to have to re-download. Chris Preistly mentioned that the .exe that was downloadable before was missing a number of files.

Just some heads up, lest you glitch your game something chronic.

Chris Priestly has said that the previous file is missing some files and he is recommending that people download the new version of the file, make of that what you will.

According to my machine the checksums of both Versions are identical - make of that what you will .

Profile > Registered game content

You should see an entry for Arrival in your Game content page, here is a direct link :-

http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

You download that file and once it is downloaded double click on it to install it.

On the far left of the social.bioware.com site there should be your avatar, and below it the menu "Profile". Hover your mouse over to get the drop-down menu and go to "Your Registered Game Content"

It should be at the top of the list of downloadable files, with the ME2 logo.

Evil Chris already mentioned that the previously "available" .exe was missing a number of files, so whilst they may have it I'd speculate it's largely incomplete. Plus you get the warm fuzzy feeling of knowing the people who made it are going to get paid 

Either that or that warm fuzzy feeling is the onset of Forvan's "special brew".

Whether it is true or not, apparently the checksums are the same for both files so like I said "make of that what you will".  At the end of the day why does it matter ?
