I'm a level 15 mage on my second playthrough.  I originally had 28 cons, 34 magic, and about 30-32 willpower...after using Maker's Sigh, i was only able to get up to 28 con, 34 magic, and 26 willpower.  Does it not reset attributes gained from certain deals/books/tomes that you use?

yea its a bug. it sucks.
