No that's Anderson. Hackett never actually appeared in person in ME till now. He was just a voice that contacted you for missions and such. He also led the Alliance Fleet during the final battle in ME.
He's also voiced by Bishop from Aliens, which is probably one of the reasons for his popularity.

This is good news I guess. Finally got around to playing LOTSB. It met my expectatioins and more. I will wait for the reviews on this new DLC but I am excited to see where the story is going.

Damn it, this is the worst possible news I've ever heard regarding Mass Effect.

Nice! I hope Hackett will be commanding an Alliance ship in the DLC. It would be nice to get some good looks at a vessel that isn't a cruiser or a Normandy class frigate.
