I unlocked some items playing Dragon Age Legends on facebook. When I went to get the items out of the special deliveries crate in Hawke's mansion it doesnt show that I can open it. For whatever reason when I do try to open it the enchantment crate on the other side of the wall opens.

Any ideas?

I have had this same problem throughout the whole game. It is annoying the crap out of me because it keeps telling me I have items in there but when I try and click on it the game acts like it is not even there.

I had that happen on my first playthrough once I hit the third act. I haven't had it happen on my second yet though.
