(How many times can I put the word tactics in the title?)
Does anyone understand how this tactic actually applies itself? I haven't been able to figure out exactly what it checks for or how to usefully apply it.
Examples of how you've used it and what effect it had would be appreciated.

My understanding of it is that it basically couples itself with the tactic directly underneath it into a singular tactic. Meaning, if both situational requirements are met, the action will execute. If one or none are met, it'll skip to the next tactic.
Say you have...
1 - Enemy is Elite or higher => Use condition for next tactic
2 - Enemy is Hawke's Target => Use Hex of Torment
3 - Nearest Visible Enemy => Attack
So, if Hawke is currently targeting an Elite, this NPC would cast Hex of Torment on it. If Hawke wasn't targeting it or if the enemy was being attacked by Hawke but wasn't an Elite, the NPC would simply attack the nearest visible enemy.

Yeah I believe it's supposed to act as an AND statement.
Unfortunately, i'm pretty sure it's broken right now. It's never worked for me at any rate. YMMV

I thought that's what it was, but I haven't been able to get it to work.
I wanted to set it up so that if Hawke was stunned and being attacked by a melee attack my mage would cast paralysis or repulsion, but I can't get it to work.
