Idk, forget all of that because it may not have made sense, but hawke can still sleep with people at the blooming rose and I don't think whoever you are with cares.
I thought about it like... with Isabela, it's more about convincing her that Hawke really is interested like that. For a girl like Isabela, she wouldn't care who a FWB sleeps with, but if she feels that there really is a chance for a real relationship, the idea grows on her and she eventually warms up to it. Hawke just has to show her some commitment for the idea to get planted in her mind.
