In the first act I remember if you did this enough some women said "come meet me at the Hanged Man with a reward, and every other time you clear the streets" so now I`m about to finish act 2 and I`m clearing the streets out (going to their main base and killing leader) and I can`t find anyone in the Hanged Man who wants to award me. Is there no reward, or is this a bug?

There's a woman in one of the back rooms, across from the man who sells poisons. Whenever you defeat a group of criminals at their hideout, you can then visit her for coin and exp.
